Converting Milk To Plastic(Panneer)

Do you have ever wonder how can we convert milk to plastic.We can do this.Just follow below.

Material required

1. Milk(The more it is fat the more it is better)
   
2. Vinegar(That is safe for eating)
   
3. Strainer
   

Procedure

1. Warm the milk and pour it to bowl.
2. Add the small amount of vinegar See!  your milk fat is split ed.
3. Using strainer separate the milk.
4. Take the remains in strainer i.e lumpy blobs.
5. Remove all the water from there.
6. Add all those lumpy blobs(remains in Strainer) in cloth.
7. Cover it and press it.Give it proper shape.
8. After two three days it will convert to plastic.
9. That plastic is also called paner or what!

Making real science experiment

1. By adding more vinegar
2. By adding more milk.
3. Using more fatty milk.

Edible.

If the vinegar you have used is edible then that plastic milk is edible.Just make a small square pieces and  fry it in vegetable oil.Eat that how tasty it is.You may have eaten as food too.

Working Of Experiment

When we make a plastic from that milk it will form casein which means when the protein in the milk meets the acid in the vinegar.Due to this it will form blobs.Thus the science experiment works out.
