Its surprising to say how we can blast the balloon with yeast.But this is true because you are living in science.If you don’t believe try experiment below.
Material Required.
- Purchase packet of yeast from grocery shop or somewhere else.
- Drink coke and remove it outer covering:label.Clean it too.(Simply get soda bottle)
- Purchase Balloon from kids shop.
- Warm the water in kitchen.
- Sugar (Available in your home)
Procedure
- Add the yeast in soda bottle.
- To make it active pour the warm water in bottle.Notice now the yeast will come to an action.
- Add a sugar nearly 1 or 2 spoons in bottle.Yeast also need food.
- Stretch the balloon your self but don’t blast it.
- Place the balloon in neck
- It will expand and expand finally it will blast down.
- You can see yeast are growing and growing.Growing of yeast blast the stretched balloon.
Making real science experiment
- Sometimes you may fail in that condition try this;
- Add more yeast.
- Adding more sugar.
- Adding more or less water.(Do your self)
- Stretching balloon more.
Conclusion.
All the credit of this science experiment goes to yeast.When they eats more sugar they will release more gas named carbon dioxide [CO2] which will stretch the balloon more.Finally it will blast.Now you can see you have seen yeast in action.
